Our Heating Partner Programme is an initiative that’s designed to raise standards throughout the heating industry and our way of ensuring our customers receive an assured, uniform and professional service on which they can rely.

For total confidence in our products and service, the installation of the Ecodan system must be carried out to the highest standards and should only be fitted by a highly trained, Mitsubishi Electric Approved Ecodan Installer. All approved installers have received specific, in depth training by experienced engineers, covering all aspects including Sales, Technical, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance.

It’s for you as home owner to choose your preferred AEI. We stress that AEIs are independent contractors. Whilst each AEI has satisfied our training requirements, Mitsubishi Electric does not guarantee an AEI’s solvency, system design and specification services and is not responsible for any system design error, delay or failure to complete works or for any error or omission in installation and maintenance services. The list of AEIs is updated regularly. It’s in both the AEI’s and your interest to agree things beforehand: get a written quote and contract covering the work, the price, payment arrangements and start/finish dates.
